By downloading, installing, or using Puhu ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Pera grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Puhu for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You agree to use Puhu only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
All recordings and transcripts you create with Puhu are processed on-device and remain yours. Because Puhu operates locally, Pera does not access, store, or claim any rights over your content.
Puhu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Speech recognition and formatting may not always be accurate; you are responsible for reviewing generated text before relying on or sending it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
